Rather than simply replicating vintage circuitry, it reimagines the Pultec concept for guitar, combining musical EQ shaping with harmonically rich overdrive. At its core, the pedal emphasizes the midrange—the most critical frequencies for cutting through a mix—offering selectable mid-boost frequencies and precise tonal control via Level, Drive, Mids, and Cut knobs. Its transformer-driven, valve-like output stage delivers anything from subtle clean boosts to thick, saturated overdrive and distinctive “cocked wah”-style tones.
