The JHS Morning Glory v4 is one of the most popular transparent overdrive pedals on the market. Designed to emulate the subtle breakup of a vintage amplifier pushed to its sweet spot, it enhances the natural tone of the guitar rather than heavily coloring it. The pedal delivers articulate low-gain drive with excellent note definition and dynamic response. A high-gain toggle expands the available gain range, allowing players to move from gentle edge-of-breakup tones to slightly more saturated overdrive. The Morning Glory works exceptionally well as a foundation drive or as a stacking pedal in complex gain setups.
